Stephen Camp
Stephen Camp is a graduate of Auburn University and has been a certified public accountant since 1988. He has been licensed in Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina and Florida. He has served as the Controller for a division of a Fortune 500 company; Vice President of Finance for a venture capital backed company and held various financial positions in several industries. They include medical staffing, telecommunications, restaurants, wholesale bakery and ice cream manufacturer, software development and state government. For the past 20 years he has been in public accounting and owner of his own CPA firm since 2003.
Stephen has worked with new and experienced small business owners in his CPA practice. His background in private industry and his CPA experience give him an excellent understanding of what it takes to succeed as a business owner. He enjoys helping new business owners get established and can help you with franchise selection. He can help guide you through the process with a calm analytical approach.
Stephen is married and has two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys golf, reading and Auburn football. He is also the proud owner of a very ill-behaved poodle.
Pam Atherton
Pam Atherton holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kentucky Southern College and a Masters from the University of Louisville. She is also a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Pam is an experienced entrepreneur who has steered the launch and development of three Venture Capital backed companies in the healthcare field. These companies were focused on the staffing, credentialing and business services arenas.
For the past eight years, she has been a Business Broker matching businesses for sale with the right new owner. She has the experience you will need to match your personal and professional goals with the right franchise opportunity. Pam can provide insightful guidance and a mature understanding that reflects her years of experience.
Pam is married with two children and four grandchildren. She enjoys reading, travel and gardening. She is also the co-owner of a very ill- behaved poodle.
